Application
Formerly, various coking plants adopted the traditional structure with L type 3 way ball valve in high pressure ammonia water sprayed circulatory system. Due to the special operation condition, this causes the L type 3 ways ball valve wear out in few months, even in several days, of which causes frequent replacement for valve and serious pollution. The high pressured ammonia water attracts the coal powder to the collecting pipe, of which creates a serious negative pressure in the carbonization room and also affects the coke quality and the hermetic- ness of the furnace body.
In order to solve this difficult problem for the user, our company successfully developed a brand-new structure of YQ44F-40 DN25 combined type 3 way valves by fully studied the valve with the operation condition and fundamentally which solved the short service and easy leakage of the original L type 3 way ball valve. The brand-new product has been used by Peking coking plant, Shi jiazhuang coking plant, Pan zhihua coking plant, Kun steel coking plant, and Baotou coking plant, etc for many years and gathered good reputation. The technology innovation of the product is approved by Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Authoritative department, of which achieved the domestic leading level, and also obtained the national patent.
